Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization

• Preparation of wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning and incapacity planning documents for individual clients
• Probate of wills and handling of all estate administration, including preparation of federal tax returns
• Representing individuals in all aspects of guardianship proceedings
• Assisting clients with property purchase and sale transactions
• Advise clients regarding asset protection issues, including the creation of various corporate entities, including corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, pre- and post-marital agreements, and creating of asset protection trusts
• Assist clients in all areas of wealth transfer planning, including estate and gift tax planning, planning for succession of family owned businesses and charitable planning
• Representing companies and individuals in corporate transactions and drafting various business contracts, including employment agreements, management agreements, financing agreements, and asset-purchase agreements
• Develop a program that provides low cost, basic estate planning to employees of various corporations as part of their benefits program
